Low Income Energy Efficiency Program
This project targets energy poverty – the ability of low-income households to afford home electricity and natural gas bills. We will add energy efficiency components to the planned renewal of low-income public housing building(s) in Calgary. The result will be a policy framework to guide the design, funding and delivery of ongoing programs to alleviate energy poverty in Alberta
